Refund Policy – Nutri Wow
If you face any issue such as a product quality defect, expired product, damaged packaging, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us via email or phone within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. While raising your concern, kindly provide your order number, product name, clear pictures of the item, and a brief description of the problem. Complaints shared after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review.
You can reach us at care@nutriwow.com or call 1800 123 4567 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. If your concern is found to be genuine, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the product. Please note, returns sent without our provided label and instructions may not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned package, we will acknowledge receipt and conduct a physical inspection of the product. If your claim is approved, we will issue you a store credit coupon equal to the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases on the Nutri Wow website. Please note, cash refunds are not provided.
If you have not received your order but have been notified via email or SMS that it has been delivered, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving such notification. Upon verification, our team will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly.
